Entry Form: PMJS Virtual Cattle Show

Please enter the name and contact information for exhibitor if different from the purchaser’s contact information.

Please enter the cow or bull’s full registered name and birth date for each animal you are entering into the show. The first animal is included in the base price and each additional entry is $10.

If you would like additional t-shirts, please chose the number of t-shirts.

If you chose additional t-shirts above, please specify which size t-shirts you need.

PMJS Lifetime Members can sponsor the show! We will feature your farm logo on the back of all official show t-shirts. Please submit your logo in either all white or colors that will clearly show on a black background (the show t-shirts will be black).
