Attend an A.I. Technician School

Lifetime Charter Member, Hannah Doolen, of Copper Tree Farm, MO, in AI School

Small farms often struggle to find A.I. Technicians willing to come out to breed a single cow. However, these family-run homesteads don’t want to keep a bull either. The expense of fortifying fences to keep a bull is often not feasible, yet it’s necessary due to the inherent risk to themselves and their children.

PMJS is looking to bridge this gap and bring A.I. to more communities. The annual calf’s value, which can be sold or raised for beef, often offsets the cost of A.I. breeding and upkeep of the cow. Additionally, homesteaders can benefit from earning an income as a licensed A.I. Technician, if they choose.

Find an AI Technician

You can check the growing list of AI Technicians PMJS maintains, if you’re unsure of the closest services in your area.  If you know of someone not on the list, please submit an AI Technician using the form at the bottom of the page.
