Security
We are committed to ensuring the safety and security of any personal information that we collect. Records containing personal information are accessible to only a limited number of relevant personnel. Personal information is deleted when no longer needed by us and is never sold or shared with third parties except where specified in the Policy.
Our database encrypts all communication and information using layered security and an advanced encryption standard. These processes ensure that all data passed between the web server and browser, and all data stored in our systems, are secure and private. This includes contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
Access to our systems by our team and, when appropriate, volunteers, is permission-based, and access to personal information is restricted. But no data transmission or storage system is 100 percent secure from unauthorized access or use. If you have reason to believe that your personal information has been compromised while in our care, please immediately notify us at admin@PurebredMiniJerseys.org.
